Introduction
CGMA Interactive Day 2021 (CID’21) is an annual event hosted by CGMA on 27th November 2021 for new committee members to get to know each other. I am one of the committee members in this program as I am also a student of Computer Science (Graphic and Multimedia Software). The program was held online due to the Covid-19 outbreak that had ravaged our country at the time. This initiative allows students of Computer Science (Graphics and Multimedia Software) to gain more knowledge about Computer Graphics.

Self Reflection
Since we were assigned to the Avengers group, which included a few SECV students from each year, before the program began, it is also crucial to have strong leadership abilities and the ability to work well with others. Each student should represent each group in the activity that is offered during the event. We must work together in order to succeed in the provided activity. The success of the game can be hampered by the lack of a leader and mutual cooperation. I discovered throughout the event how crucial it is to have solid communication skills when working in a group on an assignment. In this training, I learned how to interact with others in my current group. This is due to the fact that we need to discuss how we'll keep the activities going. Such issues must be understood and accepted in order to prevent confusion when participating in the activities. Additionally, having strong analytical abilities is crucial because not everything always goes as planned. As a result, finding alternatives to continue the activity is necessary. The only difficulty that arose throughout the game was when one of the group members remained silent. The presence of group members who acted as proxies for the silent majority, however, overcame it.
