I'm Lau Yee Chi, 20 years old, currently an undergraduate student studying data engineering at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. My passion for mathematical computing is burgeoned since I learned computer science in my former school and that is one of the reasons I choose data engineering as my study field. My life maxim is, "Find my limit and try to beyond it", and this maxim will always encourage me to improve myself and breakthrough my own limit.

Personal goals

For personal goals, I hope I can live the way I wish to, the one who can always overcome challenges and handle things maturely, contribute little effort to family and friends and even society one day in future.

Academic goals

I target myself to score first-class for my CGPA and above for academic goals and graduate with my Bachelor's degree with distinction result. Besides, I hope to be more involved in different extracurricular or curricular activities to gain experience and strengthen my soft skills and hard skills.

Career goals

It can be said that it is a long journey and path to achieve my final career goal to be the one who can give contributions to the data field. To start off, I wish I could take internships or work experiences as a data/business analyst during the semester break to familiar myself with the actual working environment in the future.
