As an exco for Kelab Fotokreatif, I was invited to join Kursus Pemantapan Dan Kepimpinan Dan Majlis Memperkenalkan Majlis Eksekutif, Exco dan Pengarah activity. In this report, I will explaining the justification for joining the activity, the focused graduate attributes, and the content covered during the activity.
Participating in this activity was a smart move since it gave a venue for directors, exco members, and executive members to collaborate and develop our leadership and management abilities. It was critical for me to improve my grasp of leadership concepts, create effective communication tactics, and promote a cohesive team atmosphere as an exco. Participating in this activity provided me with the information and abilities I needed to flourish in my job and contribute to the general success of our club.
The graduate attributes that were focused on during this activity were communication skills, leadership and teamworking skills, and adaptability. Firstly, communication skills were emphasized to ensure effective coordination and collaboration among all members. Through interactive sessions, and group activities, we learned to communicate clearly, actively listen, and convey our ideas and expectations efficiently.
Secondly, leadership and teamworking skills were a central focus of the activity. We were provided with insights into various leadership styles, strategies for effective team management, and ways to inspire and motivate our team members.
Lastly, adaptability was a crucial attribute emphasized during the activity. As exco and directors, we face various challenges and unforeseen circumstances that require quick thinking and adaptability. The sessions and discussions focused on equipping us with the skills to adapt on changing situations, embrace innovation, and find creative solutions to problems.
The content of the activities encompassed a range of topics and interactive sessions. We engaged in workshops on effective communication techniques, team-building exercises, and leadership development activities. Additionally, there were sessions dedicated to introducing the roles and responsibilities of the executive members, exco members, and directors within the club, creating a platform for networking and collaboration.
In conclusion, the Kursus Pemantapan Dan Kepimpinan Dan Majlis Memperkenalkan Majlis Eksekutif, Exco dan Pengarah activity provided a valuable opportunity to enhance communication skills, leadership and teamworking abilities, and adaptability. Self-Reflection
As a participant in the Kursus Pemantapan, Kepimpinan, and Majlis Memperkenalkan Majlis Eksekutif, Exco, and Pengarah activity, I can confidently say that it had a significant impact on the development of my graduate attributes. Firstly, the emphasis on communication skills greatly enhanced my ability to effectively convey my thoughts, actively listen to others, and engage in meaningful discussions. I gained confidence in presenting my thoughts and interacting with my classmates as a result of the interactive sessions and group activities.
Furthermore, learning excellent collaboration skills has allowed me to contribute more effectively to group conversations, exchange ideas, and actively participate in problem-solving. Working successfully in a team has also helped my interpersonal connections since I am more sensitive to the needs and viewpoints of others.
The emphasis on adaptability during the activity was particularly beneficial. The sessions and discussions helped me develop a mindset that embraces change and explores innovative solutions. This attribute has been instrumental in overcoming obstacles and finding creative ways to tackle problems.
Personally, I believe my strength and advantage in this activity was my ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with others. Furthermore, I did face some challenges during the activities. One notable challenge was managing different personalities and conflicting ideas within the group.
