SECP 1513 (08) Assignment V : Industrial Talk - The Importance and Trending of IT Project Management

After listening to the talk, I have learned a lot about the process and details for project management. I also learned the importance of project management to the company. I realised that each project has to be planned out well before executing it so that the project can be delivered within the proper timeline and not over budget. The speaker also encouraged us to constantly improve ourselves for the better. My group and I then proceed to write the report by distributing the parts first, and later collect our writings and compile them together as our final report.
