Introduction
This Graduate Success Attributes course helps us to understand and apply the attribute of UTM graduate skills by developing basic skills such as communication, thinking, scholarship, teamwork & leadership, adaptability, global citizenship and enterprising skills. By completing individual case study and group project, we face the real challenging world and adapt the knowledge learned to solve the problems.
Reflection
In Graduate Success Attributes course, my dream is to gain as much soft skills as I could throughout this course. This is because this program focus on the well being of a person with others especially in the work field. I also hope to gain much more experience and stories about challengers in the industry as this could help me manage those difficult situations professionally. Thus, I will reach out to seniors and adults who are working in the same industry to give me ways on how to solve problems and tips on how to secure a job when I graduate. I would also broaden my perspective by listening to others advice and maintain a good relationship with people around me.
