As the event involved working in a group, we learned how to communicate with others, not only involving our classmates but the seniors, lecturers and those that we are not as close. We learnt how to improve our communication skills and create new friends during the activities done.
- Leadership and Teamworking Skills
As the event is conducted in a team, we learned how to work as a team. We are required to complete each task before the BBQ session starts. Thus, we have to work as fast as we can without burdening each other. We try to do what we did best and be considerate of each other.

Self Reflection
Throughout the event we learnt more about each other, particularly myself who was a year 1 student at the time. The event increased our relationship from computer network and security courses students and lecturer. The event is definitely one of my favourite activities I did in UTM, if not the best. I learned how to work as a group, the surrounding area and hidden spots of UTM which just make me love UTM more and more.
The event had such a positive effect on myself and made me realize university life is not just about scoring well and studying, but to create a long lasting relationship and memories.
