Report:
Dated on the 10th to 12th October 2019, the leaders of JKM Kolej Tun Dr Ismail have successfully held a program known as Open Day Resak 2019 (OPERA’19). The OPERA’19 was held to attract more students widely to show the greatness of the college. The aim of the program is to make all students of UTM to join all kinds of activities that was planned by KTDI to make everyone feel at home at our college even though it is not the place of some students. It is to strengthen the bond of KTDI with other colleges and students with their participations. There were many different activities that was introduced in this event.
Self-reflection:
It was my first time handling Volleyball game. I have never expected myself to be able to judge a game of Volley. It was quite difficult for me at first, but I eventually got all the rules in my head. We had a little trouble as the leader of our crew was busy studying for a test. My team and I had to hold great responsibility to keep the session going without the help of the leaders. My friends and I worked together and sorted out the jobs and I led the team to their work distributions in order to make sure everything goes well as planned. It was all due last minute without any guidance or supervision as it was not the suitable season to hold programs since we had a lot of tests and quizzes for the week. Despite the time constraint and shortage of hands, we managed to complete the tasks given in the end and the flow of the games lasted for two days. We were pleased with the outcome.
