Program Overview
This program was conducted on 27 March 2021 with both social platforms, which are Discord and Google Meet. Lots of fun activities included, including team activities, for instance, create a poster, has been trivial with the group members. The program consists of senior and junior students communicating with each other about internship to gain knowledge about being in an internship. The program aims to share an internship experience to students, to conduct a sharing session and communication between senior students and sophomore/third-year students. The activity mainly uses Discord for communication purposes where the students had to conduct some ice-breaking sessions and sharing sessions about themselves. Before the program ended, there was a Q & A session between the senior students and junior students. This program exists solely to let the junior students aware about the internship experiences from senior students.

It is very sad that the program happened when the pandemic COVID-19 hits Malaysia. Therefore, all activities need to be conducted online and all the communications are being held online instead of face-to-face. But I am still very grateful because I can learn about internship more, since it is from a personal view from few of a senior students themselves. For the event, I can listen to our seniors to share with us about their experiences during the internship. I now know better what challenges and experiences will actually happen during the internship. There are also some memorable teamwork activites where I have to collaborate and make opinions regarding internships. It feels really thriving to know what would happen if we apply for an internship. After hearing from the seniors about the internship, I feel like I am ready to prepare myself to withstand any challenges that might appear and to organize myself. First impression matters because as stated on one of the views shared by the seniors, appearance reflects personality.
