Experiential Development Program 2022 (Expedea 22) is basically a program for many kinds of activities conducted between students, senior students and even a special appearance of an alumni, an ex-student from UTM. This program is an activity that involves a lot of communication activities between junior students and senior students and alumni. This activity also involves a lot of counseling activities and there is also a former UTM student who is there to convey his wisdom during his work, explaining to students what challenges will be faced after students when students have finished studying at UTM. Futhermore, there is also internship talk in which students can gain knowledge based on the courses that they have to learn sooner or later. There are also a few of the edutainment activities such as ice breaking sessions, quizzes and matching word game. So far it is exciting to took part in the program.

This program is an activity that involves a lot of communication activities between junior, senior students and an alumni. As a participant, I find it really interesting to play some edutainment games with students from the same course, some students I even have not seen before. This really enhances my communication and social skills. I appreciate the dedication on how the multimedia team, the team in charge handles the operation of the program as well as handing out all the activities to the students. The activities are simple but quite trivial among us as participants. I am also required to speak up to the group members as myself, as in the ice breaking session. At first, I was quite hesitant in introducing myself because I was in a group of strangers, but later it is very easy to communicate with them about all the activities during the program. I have learned a lot from this program and I hope I can use this experience when I want to apply for a job in the future.
