Report Activity No.2

This is the kind of activity that I must join, it is gotong-royong activity that can let me meet other students and communicate with them, plus I am a first year that time, So I need to have some new friends.

    In this activity, the graduate attributes that are focus on are communication, leadership, teamworking, adaptability and global citizen skills. When we meet someone, we surely need to do some conversation with them and if we working together as a team, we need to have some teamwork and a leader role. There are many kinds of people that can we meet, so we also need to adapt with them, we need to blend in, need to know what we can do and what we cannot do. Overall, this is gotong-royong, so the objective of this activity is to make the School of Computing look much more comfortable and clean.

    This activity is conducted by School of Computing from morning until evening. Every student that join this gotong-royong will be put in a team and be given a place to work on. Usually every place have at least one lecturer to observe the students. So, every students just need to finish their place with their team.

    This activity really gives impact to some of my graduate attributes, where it improves my communication, leadership and teamworking skills, I need to communicate with other students and work with them. I also need to adapt to other students and knows what they like and what they don't, hurting others feelings is a poor adaptability skills unless I did it on purpose. Made my School of Computing clean and comfortable is very good because I will study there.

    I think I am very good at teamworking, I always do my part and sometimes I need to instruct other students with their part. Of course I helped them too after I done with my part. I also had some conversation with other students I never met before. We had some fun doing this gotong-royong. It does not feel very tired because we not stressed ourselves out with the works.

    Some challenges that I need to face is a new students, not every students can get along with me, and when that happens, I talk to them gently and try to win their heart. It is also hard to adapt for me because I am not a very open person but I do trying my best to adapt with them.
