Mini Report
On 8th and 9th March 2019, I and another 4 members of my team join the E-Games (Mobile Legends) that is organized by Kolej Tun Dr Ismail. We all agreed to join this activity because we know we can get some benefits form this participation. Besides, we already had a team, so no need to think about not enough players in a team. My team is pretty good in this game, so we know we had a better chance to win this game and win the prize. Finally after the game finish, we won the 3rd place. We actually not that happy because we could win 1st place.
In this game, I can see that there are 4 graduate attributes that can be implemented such as communication, thinking, teamworking and adaptability skills,
In order to play well, a very good communication is needed as well as thinking, teamworking and adaptability skills. without good communication, understanding between teammates, critical thinking of decisions and adaptability with the game and surroundings. We surely cannot win the games.
This activity was done online where every players need to have a phone and internet connections. Then the referee will contact us and observe the games. When the game is done, we need to wait for the referee to match us up with another team until the last team standing.
Self-reflection
This activity is testing me with my communication, teamworking, thinking and adaptability skills. Knowing what to do when your teammates do or ask somethings. Sometimes we just need to adapt and act on our own to make a best decision for the team.
Communication, teamworking, thinking and adaptability skills which all of this is needed to play this games. All of this 4 works together where I need to understand every sign that my team gave me, If my team pinned a location inside a map, I need to think and make a fast decision where late or poor decision can really affect the games and my teammates. I need to think of the best choices that I can do that time. There is sometimes where I need to do some sacrifices and know when to give up.
The biggest challenge that I face in this game is temptation, if we too greedy and not focus with the objective of the game. even if we are leading, we can still lost. We need to let go sometimes, in case the enemy already set a trap, that is when the fast decision is needed. we need to avoid any danger that can bring my team down and lead to our lost.
