Activity:

•  present fault tree analysis to Mr Fadhil to get his comment and he said to reconstruct my fault tree analysis to make it look proper and easier to people understand my fault tree analysis. After that, he ask me to do more finding about factor and contributing factor that can lead to belt snap.

• After that,intern required to get finding to verify which one is the factor and the contributing factors for the belt snap. If  found and verify the assuming factor, tick or cancel(X) by using symbol on the fault tree analysis.
