Activity:

  • Present data gathering to Mr Fadhil (Exec mechanical) to get his comment and make sure data gathering and slide is correct and display well.
  • Mr Fadhil said to make addition on history of belt fail on some fan cooler because there is problem with report has been refer earlier. 
  • Start doing fault tree analysis for my RCFA. From the reading material that has been read, all the factor or contributing factor that can lead to the belt snap is listed and then  construct fault tree analysis liaise with Mr fadhil.
