REFLECTION VIDEO PSM 1
As for the second deliverable, the positions was changed with Bella as the team leader, Salam as the moderator, myself as the scriber and Balqesh as the task manager. As the team leader, Bella makes it clear that we understand what should be done by writing the idea clearly, coherently and systematically excellently. All of what she said is clearly understood by the rest of us and should there be any questions, she would be ready to answer them. Speaking of which, she also understood the base of what we were supposed to implement from what we have learned in class. We gain more understanding through her explanations rather than learning on our own without any help. The goal of the project was achieved early as we managed to finish the project without any trouble thanks to her leadership. She fosters good relationship and work together effectively with other group members in order to pursue the goal achievement. She also shows that she’s ready to take on other roles as we have done before without any trouble. We respected each other’s opinions and are opened to what others have to say. We do not limit ourselves to our own thinking. As a moderator, Salam made it clear that he is able to introduce issues to in the system to help us forward with the subject. I wrote down the important things to be done, leaving no little details behind. Balqesh divided tasks as to who should be doing what based on their capabilities with the past deliverable.

As for the second deliverable, the positions was changed with Balqesh as the team leader, Salsabila as the moderator, Salam as the scriber and myself as the task manager. As for my role, I divided tasks as to who should be doing what based on their capabilities with the past deliverable.
For the first deliverable, I was the leader, followed by Balqesh as the moderator, Salsabila as the scriber and Salam as the task manager. In my opinion, I did the best I could in order to become the team leader. I used whatever diagrams and pictures I can get my hands on in order to gain my team members’ trust and to help them understand more on what we have to deliver. The ideas I wrote were concerned with the clarity, coherence and the system of it so it would be much more organized. Before we would meet up, I would try to understand the materials myself to guide them should they ever misunderstand certain terms in the documents. My team members are also encouraged to do the same should I ever made a mistake in understanding terms as we are open to each other’s opinion. My goal as a team leader is for my team to do their best in order to make this project a success no matter who the next team leader should be. From time to time, I would lighten up the mood so that the environment of our discussion wouldn’t be too stressful as long meetings often keeps everyone tired. We usually have our meetings during the day instead of at night as to avoid fatigue from blocking our thinking. As a moderator, Balqesh sets the appropriate amount of time on what should be done during the meeting such as how long our discussion should take place or how much should be done in a single meeting. Salsabila wrote down every single details in clear writings and her way of writing notes makes it easier for us to understand them later when we refer to them. Salam is in charge of who gets to do what during the meetings and outside of them.
This is a reflection video for the course Network Communications of my 2nd year in UTM.
It's weird. It's hard to do. I don't want to do it. But it is work. I will have to do it sooner or later.
So, why not sooner?
As the saying goes, the sooner the better.
And also I got like hundreds of other things I have to complete by the end of the week. so yay I guess...
In the end, it doesn't even matter~.
