For the first deliverable, I was the leader, followed by Balqesh as the moderator, Salsabila as the scriber and Salam as the task manager. In my opinion, I did the best I could in order to become the team leader. I used whatever diagrams and pictures I can get my hands on in order to gain my team members’ trust and to help them understand more on what we have to deliver. The ideas I wrote were concerned with the clarity, coherence and the system of it so it would be much more organized. Before we would meet up, I would try to understand the materials myself to guide them should they ever misunderstand certain terms in the documents. My team members are also encouraged to do the same should I ever made a mistake in understanding terms as we are open to each other’s opinion. My goal as a team leader is for my team to do their best in order to make this project a success no matter who the next team leader should be. From time to time, I would lighten up the mood so that the environment of our discussion wouldn’t be too stressful as long meetings often keeps everyone tired. We usually have our meetings during the day instead of at night as to avoid fatigue from blocking our thinking. As a moderator, Balqesh sets the appropriate amount of time on what should be done during the meeting such as how long our discussion should take place or how much should be done in a single meeting. Salsabila wrote down every single details in clear writings and her way of writing notes makes it easier for us to understand them later when we refer to them. Salam is in charge of who gets to do what during the meetings and outside of them.
