As for the third deliverable, the positions was changed with Salam as the team leader, myself as the moderator, Balqesh as the scriber and Bella as the task manager. As the team leader, Salam makes it clear that we understand what should be done by writing the idea clearly, coherently and systematically excellently. All of what he said is clearly understood by the rest of us and should there be any questions, he would be ready to answer them. Speaking of which, he also understood the base of what we were supposed to implement from what we have learned in class. We gain more understanding through his explanations rather than learning on our own without any help. The goal of the project was achieved early as we managed to finish the project without any trouble thanks to his leadership. He fosters good relationship and work together effectively with other group members in order to pursue the goal achievement. He also shows that he’s ready to take on other roles as we have done before without any trouble. We respected each other’s opinions and are opened to what others have to say. We do not limit ourselves to our own thinking. As a moderator, I made it clear that I'm is able to introduce issues to in the system to help us forward with the subject. Balqesh wrote down the important things to be done, leaving no little details behind. As for her role, Bella divided tasks as to who should be doing what based on their capabilities with the past deliverable.
