Self-Reflection

My ability to adapt has been greatly impacted by my involvement in a programme that intended to increase knowledge of all the clubs in UTM and my residential college. This reflection explores how this experience challenged me to embrace change, navigate new environments, and develop a heightened sense of flexibility. Attending the programme gave me the opportunity to learn about a wide variety of clubs and organisations, each of which had its own goals, members, and interests. I have to change my mentality and be willing to explore new areas in order to embrace this diversity. I was able to gain a sense of adaptability while navigating these unfamiliar circumstances because I had to quickly get used to new settings, interact with strangers, and understand club-related material. The experience increased my decision-making flexibility, exposed me to a variety of viewpoints, gave me the opportunity to negotiate unfamiliar surroundings, and emphasised the value of adapting to changing circumstances.
