          Delegation school of computing 2020 was organised by Persatuan Mahasiswa Sains Komputer (PERSAKA). It was PERSAKA annual program since 2019. This year was the second time organization of delegation. The main objective of the program is to build a two ways relationship and to introduce our PERSAKA club to others science computer club from all university in Malaysia. For this year organization we decided to visit Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) through theirs Information Technology Club (ITC).

ITC is a club under the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology UTHM. Unlike PERSAKA, ITC is open to all UTHM students and not just to this faculty.

A total of 44 students from various fields and a lecturer from a computer school participated in this program. Among the benefits obtained by students from this program is that they will be given the merits of UTM activities and certificates of participation. The fee to be paid by the student is RM15 per person as a participation fee.

The tentative started with the movement of students from UTM to UTHM by bus. Upon arrival there, we were greeted by program committee members from UTHM. Then a reception was held in an auditorium to welcome our presence. The ceremony was also attended by the dean of the faculty as well as several lecturers from UTHM. At the event, both parties were able to introduce the highest council and exco of their respective clubs and describe the activities carried out in the last session.

After the opening ceremony, we were taken by ITC club members to visit around FSKTM and UTHM. Among the places we can visit there are computer labs, UTHM mosque, library, and UTHM convocation hall. The program ended with a group photo ceremony in front of the UTHM convocation hall.

As program treasurer, I am responsible for managing the finances of the program. Honestly, it is not easy for us to get sponsorship to cover the expenses of the program. Therefore we had to ask for a participation fee from the participants to finance the transportation and food of the participants. For your information, we only got RM 300 from HEP. We were also given souvenirs from HEP to be given to UTHM representatives. Alhamdulillah after making an estimate we did not suffer any losses from the program conducted. We also received souvenirs from the school to be given to FSKTM.

      As a member of the highest council of the program we work closely with the PERSAKA leadership to make this program a success. I admit that this program is quite difficult to hold because the chair of the school of computing does not see a positive impact from this program. As a result, we do not receive adequate sponsorship from the school.

At the beginning of the discussion we intended to visit the University of Malaya (UM) through PEKOM but due to the problem of COVID 19 that hit the world PEKOM had to reject our visit on the instructions of UM superiors. We also had to amend the program paper three times for some specific reasons especially because of COVID 19. Apart from the COVID problem, we also have a commitment problem from the committee members. Honestly, I say only a few people from the committee members are present every time a meeting is held. Even so, alhamdulillah, thanks to the leadership of the program director, the program committee can give a good commitment until the day of the incident. I have great respect for the program director because he has worked hard to ensure that this program can be successful.

Finally, this program gave me an interesting experience because for the first time I became the treasurer of the program I had to make a financial report after the program ended and this is the experience of being the best treasurer I have ever done.

In addition, this program is also considered successful because PERSAKA can establish a two-way relationship with ITC. To this day PERSAKA has partnered with ITC to make several programs.
