Evolutions & Creations of Industrial Revolutions
1st Industrial Revolution (17th century - 18th century)
Mechanical production or manufacturing mechanization, where master power (manpower) transforms into mechanical power (steam power).
2nd Industrial Revolution (18th century - 19th century)
Electrification and industrialization. Mass product of materials and goods began from this industrial revolution.
3rd Industrial Revolution (19th century - nowadays)
Beginning of digital automation. Internet, mass communication, Information Technology (IT), digital social systems are the main example of this revolution.
4th Industrial Revolution / Industry 4.0 (nowadays)
Starting of digital technologies interaction. For example, Cyber-physical systems, Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
