Introduction
AWS Academic Cloud Foundation course provide us a lot of useful konowledges about the AWS cloud computing. From this course, we can more understand what is the use of cloud computing and be a prepared graduate in this cloud era.
Course Invitation
At 11 November 2021, I was suprised that I received an email for the invitation to participate in a class at AWS Academy. The class is called AWS Academy Cloud Foundations. Before this, I was not know about anythings of the AWS cloud computing and until learning from this AWS course, I realised that the cloud computing is very important for us. It is a powerful and useful tool to speed up the development of any domain.
My AWS Journey
After receiving the AWS course and viewing for introduction part which is about the overview of the 10 modules, I get started with the module 1 of this course. This part improve my acknowledge about cloud computing and its advantages. I also been introduce about the AWS. After that, I continue with the subsequent modules and the below shown what I have learned from this course.

After learning this course for about 2 months, finally I complete all of the modules and get the AWS badge! I feel very appreciate as this course really provided useful knowledge about AWS for me.
Reflection on AWS course (part 1)
A summary of what I have gained from completing the course (get a badge)
After completing this course, I gain a lot of useful knowledge about the AWS and seek an overall understanding of the cloud computing concept, AWS core services, security, architecture, pricing, and support. This course also enhance my acknowledges on type of AWS services and how to run it. For instances, I become more familiar with type of services that few domain that are widely used such as Compute, Storage, Database, Network and Content Delivery, Management Tools and Security & Identity Compliance.
My motivation to complete this project
My motivation to complete this project have been stimulate after participating in the 3rd industrial talk by Dr Qusay Al-Maatouk on the Amazon Web Services(AWS) and cloud computing. From the talk, I get to know the advantages brings over by the cloud computing and become interested to AWS cloud computing. It was really enjoyable to study this course.
My opinion whether getting the badge is easy or difficult and which modul is the easiest/most difficult.
In my opinion, getting the badge is easy as the AWS course have provides video which have a clear explanation about the topic. The teaching video with the informative slides makes me easier to understanding what the lecturer delivered. The most difficult modul is modul 6 about the compute services as there too many things to learn. So, I take lots of time to understand deeply about these.
What’s a badge worth?
The badge worth with a lot of useful knowledge on how to handle and run the services on the AWS cloud computing. Undeniably, this knowledge will be very useful for every students who participate in this course to improve their competitive and also employability in the next future.
My feedback whether getting the badge improve knowledge and skills on Cloud Computing.
Yes, getting the badge really make me have a significant improve in my knowledge and skills on cloud computing. I not only know the benefits of cloud computing but also learn to be able to manipulate and run the AWS core services after learning from the console demonstration and the lab. Now, I become able to utilizing the AWS services and this skills will be my another useful equipment for future employment.

Reflection about AWS course (part 2)
My opinion whether every company should shift to Cloud Computing.
Nowadays, the advance in the technologies enhance the competitive between the companies. From my perspective, I think that every company should shift to Cloud Computing as it will reult in a higher individual and team performance since all of the staff members can easily share data and collaborate to complete projects even from different locations. Besides that, there are also some advantages such as reduced cost, flexibility, scalability and security which can able to enhance the development of companies.
My opinion whether every computer science/UTM student should learn Cloud Computing (get the AWS badge).
I think every computer science student should learn Cloud Computing because this will helps the students to equip with a useful knowledges about the cloud computing and improve their potential, technique and knowledge to become a competitive and ready graduate for the future employment. This will help our country to generate more prepared graduate in cloud computing area in order to speed up our countries development in different sectors.
Advice to my friends who have not get the AWS badge yet.
Don't hesitate! Come to learn and I am sure it will benefits you all!
My direction after completing the badge.
After completing AWS badge, I will trace and getting know into other 4IR technologies such as Artificial Intelligence(AI), Big Data and Analytics, Internet of Things(IoT) and so on. I also plan to do my revision about the AWS cloud computing in my free time in order to strengthen my knowledges.
My opinion about getting the AWS badge that is included in SECP1513 subject.
I am strongly agree and feel very appreciate of getting the AWS badge that is included in SECP1513 subject. It was successfully broaden and widen the my vision and knowledge about AWS Cloud Computing as it provided many easily understood video and lab for practical. Thus, I am now be able to benefits this knowledges in my future.
