Mini Report
Justification in joining this activity is that this activity is about giving the students exposure to the clubs of KTDI such as Gamelan, Palapes Darat, and Aksara. Our target students are mainly year 1 students of KTDI. At the same time to encourage them to join the extra curriculum to balance the life. As the program director, I need to contact with the each of the club chairman to explain the purpose of MAPEK’21 program and hope them to give a presentation about their club to all participants. Not only that, but we also need to arrange the tentative to ensure the program run smoothly. Using the Streamyard and the Webex to do the Facebook Live. The graduate attributes that are focused on teamworking skills, communication skills, thinking skills, global citizen, scholarship and adaptability. Learning to be a good leader, leading the whole team. Learning to communicate with different people. Think out of box to make the program more creative and interesting like prepare some performance.
Self Reflection
Through this program, I learnt that it is not easy to have a Facebook live because we need to prepare a lot of job to present the best to the audience. From finding crew for the program, giving an exposure to crew about what is MAPEK’21, divide them into different unit, distribute the task to them, preparing Gantt chart with the estimate time to complete the task until the day of event. Thank you, the committee, for spending their time and give the full commitment to the program, nothing is easier but when everyone is taken it seriously and put their effort. It is good to learn the ways to organizing the program, to empower we with adaptability, communication skills, global citizen, leadership and teamworking skills, scholarship and thinking skills. Learn from the mistake to avoid the mistake happen in the future. Giving the more exposure to students to get to know the special and beauty of our UTM.
