SECI2143-03 PROBABILITY & STATISTICAL DATA ANALYSIS

This course is designed to introduce some statistical techniques as tools to analyse the data. In
the beginning the students will be exposed with various forms of data. The data represented by
the different types of variables are derived from different sources; daily and industrial activities.
The analysis begins with the data representation visually. The course will also explore some
methods of parameter estimation from different distributions. Further data analysis is conducted
by introducing the hypothesis testing. Some models are employed to fit groups of data. At the
end of course the students should be able to apply some statistical models in analysing data using
available software.

Project 2

Reflection

After doing this project, I think i have a better understanding about hypothesis testing and other testing method. Not only that, I also learn about how to using R studio to doing these testing. After doing this project, I would like to express thanks to my group member which is Shukur, Haris and Lokeeshwar. All of us has put our best effort and performance when doing this project. I also thanks to them when I doing wrong they help me a lot and teach me patiently. I was cherish the effort of my friend put in this project, so i also do my best to avoid letting them down.

However, we are from different state and different race but we still can communicate well and helping each other not matter in academy or in real life. I also knowing the power of teamworking because we work together and done this project. At th begining, we all think the project will be difficult but we work together and discuss together. Thus, we can done this project on time and perfectly.  

We discuss together to choose the dataset and when facing problem we solve together. By finishing this project, we also did not forget the I also want to express my gratitude to Dr Rozilawati because when our data have problem but she was torelant with allow us to add new in our dataset since that other part is done and is near to the due date. Not only that, Dr also willing to spent  her time to helping us by answering our question and explain well to us.
