Position/Role

As the Vice Secretary, my primary responsibility was to assist the Secretary in coordinating the event's logistical aspects and ensuring its smooth execution. I worked closely with the organizing committee, faculty lecturers, and fellow student volunteers to accomplish the following tasks:

Collaborating with the committee members, I helped create a comprehensive timeline and checklist to ensure that all necessary arrangements were made well in advance.

I assisted the Secretary in maintaining regular contact with faculty members, student award recipients, and external stakeholders.
