Introduction
Health is the most important thing in our life, there is no money that can buy a person's health or reverse a person's death. Nowadays, due to the advance of the technology, walking and exercise become so less in our daily life because of the efficiency of transportation and the communication that require us no need for travel. Due to the issue mention, my group and I decided to study on the health awareness in Malaysia to help the Malaysia realize their current heath level.
Conclusion
In conclusion, after analysis the statistic from the questionnaire my group member and I collected, we found out that most of the Malaysia are aware of the importance of health awareness. However, for the hours of exercise per week still need more effort from Malaysia to maintain good body shape and healthy lifestyle. The government and the non-government organizations still need to work together to increase the healthy lifestyle of the Malaysian to maintain healthy citizen in the country.
Reflection
During the project, my teammate and I had a wonderful teamwork. We have discuss about the question in the questionnaire before distribute it in the Whatsapp group and inquire our lecturer when we have faced problems. We had created graph from the data of the questionnaire using rstudio to easier the presentation of the result in the report. In the report, my group member and I also include analysis on the data we collected and make a conclusion on it.
After this project, I indeed learn the situation of Malaysia Health Issue as this is our topic. I also learn further about teamwork spirit and ethics after this group activity. I also learn how the function of rstudio to produce graph and statistics analysis more deeply. The process of gathering survey form also teach me the proper way to make a survey form and how to spread it for people to fill it up.
Due to the cases of "COVID-19" rising in Malaysia, my teammate and I had to follow the MCO and quarantine, some of us stay in their house and some in the school, this had cause us to face problems such that we are separated and unable to having face to face meeting and leading us to delay our schedule. Furthermore, the presentation is changed to video instead in class. We were struggling the tool and method to produce the presentation video. Luckily we found out an application “ZOOM” which is prefect for us to record the meeting section and produce it as presentation video.
Last but not least, I want to thank my teammate for the wonderful teamwork and contribution throughout the whole project. I also want to thank Dr Chan Weng Howe, my probability and statistic data analysis lecturer for always giving a helpful hand when we have question and guide us throughout the project.
