1) Mini Report:

On 26 May 2022, the Climb Up Gua Damai program was held at Gua Damai Extreme Park, Batu Caves for 3 days. This program is implemented to foster the spirit of leadership and teamworking between each SRC member. Other than that, it also intended to give more exposure to 'rock climbing' activities, especially, 'top rope' climbing to SRC members. There are 30 SRC members who have participated in this program.

On the first day of the program, all participants gathered at Arked Cengal. The distribution of cooking tools and items began according to groups. After that, a briefing was given regarding the flow of the program. All participants left from Arked  Cengal, UTM to An-Nur Mosque, Kampung Wira Damai, Selangor.

All participants reached their destination at 6 am, 27 May 2022. After finishing the morning prayer, all participants moved to Gua Damai Extreme Park to prepare a camping site and cook breakfast as a group together. After that, a brief on the 'rock climbing' activity was given and the 'rock climbing' activity started. All participants are taught about the equipment and rope ties that are important during rock climbing. In addition, they are also taught how to be a belayer who provides support to the climber during 'top-rope' climbing activities.

At 6.30 pm, the 'rock climbing' activity was stopped and all participants left for Bazaria Wangsa Maju for dinner after the Maghrib prayer. After everyone left and arrived at the campsite, all participants slept and rested for the next day.

On 28 May 2022, which is the last day of the program, at 8.30 am, all participants gathered after morning prayer and breakfast. A brief on the 'rock climbing' activity was given and the 'rock climbing' activity began. At 1 pm, the 'rock climbing' activity was stopped and all the equipment was stored neatly. 2) Self Reflection:

As a Multimedia Committee member for the Climb Up Gua Damai program, I was assigned to design a program t-shirt for this program. This was a very new experience for me as I had never designed any t-shirt before. This task is quite difficult because I have to design a program t-shirt from scratch and without plagiarism from other designs.

I also need to learn how to use a new application which is Adobe Photoshop to design the t-shirt. However, I managed to design a good program t-shirt using my design skills through Canva. Before this, I had experience designing posters through Canva and I used those skills to do 80% of the t-shirt design through Canva. After that, I learned how to use Adobe Photoshop through the Youtube application and finally, I managed to design a really good program t-shirt.

In addition, I am also the head of the Multimedia Committee where I give the task to 3 other members of the Multimedia Committee to work together to prepare a t-shirt poster. After checking the results of the poster and correcting the poster, finally, the t-shirt poster was promoted through SRCUTM's Instagram and Facebook.

Other than that, I also deal with the t-shirt supplier that produced our t-shirt. As we have the budget that we need to keep in mind, I need to negotiate with the supplier so that we can use their service at a low price. Initially, the price that we get for 20 pieces of t-shirt would be RM 23 per piece. But that price is over our budget which is RM 20 per piece. Therefore, I asked for RM 20 per piece if we order more than 40 pieces. The supplier agreed. We managed to get to 50 orders and the deal of RM 20 per piece achieved.

Overall, this program gave me many opportunities to do new things such as designing clothes. This program also gave me the opportunity to hone my leadership and teamworking skills which are important assets for every student who wants to step into career life.
