This research evaluate the application bluetooth to monitoring the blind spot within the vehicles. The blind spot is spot that cannot observe and see by the driver. The bluetooth technology had been chosen based on low power connectivity, low complexity and low of costing. To detect the blind spot between vehicles, the received signal strength indicator(RSSI) to measure the distance between the car. The measurement is conducted by using four bluetooth HC-05 as a master and android phone as a receiver. The experiment is conducted in same speed and different directions. The result shown that, the increasing the distance, the decreasing the value of RSSI. In other hands, the increase the distance, the increase the lost of power received by the antenna.

For position of A, B, C, D, F, G, O, P, L is position of target vehicle.
Based in the experiment, there are some error in RSSI value because the value keep increasing and decreasing (not consistent). Moreover, there are two type of errror in RSSI value that we must consider in this experiment such as device error and environment error. The device error is when transmit of power even though in different of circumstances of in different of device and the depleting batteries and calibration errors. Example of environment error are and interference from other RF source, shadowing effect, multipath and others. In rainy time and in different temperature also can affect the RSSI value and effect accuracy and reliability.

The example of heavy engineering is design project plan, cost construction, quality and safety. In the past, he become resident engineering who dealing with client, colleague and contractors. We must to adopt with different culture . When dealing with client, they must know to manageing stakeholders expectations and develop plan in a scope. For example, dealing with people, and high quality. The electrical engineer, must know the basic knowledge engineering. For example, when design the basic design.

The scope of being engineer is different than others. Because being engineer must hold the paramount the safety, health and welfare of the public and they must avoid deceptive acts.
b.BRAINSTORMING FOR GPPR TITLE
Food loss also known as food waste is food that is discarded or lost uneaten. The causes of food waste or loss are numerous, and occur at the stages of production, processing, retailing and consumption. This is because wastage happens at all stages of the food supply chain or value. The management of food waste is to make sure the food waste can be reduced. The research shown, that food waste in Malaysia can feed 2 million people in daily. But, the perception of different actors in the country towards food waste and its management remains unknown. This paper covered the significant of food management in Pak Lah cafe. For example, the ways them manage the food waste in the cafe and how their overcome it. Moreover, the food waste not just affect in the environment but in economic and social dimension of this issue. Besides, this paper also analysis about food management in and outside of the country.
c.FIELD WORK GPPR
A survey among the students about the food waste management at the university café was carried out. There were 50 students were participated in the survey. The purpose of the survey is to investigate the awareness of food waste management among the students and cafe in the university. The survey was being conducted in the Google forms and the link were distributed among the students and worker.
Besides, the owner said the awareness of food waste management is already being taught to the workers. Every worker needs to know their responsibility respectively in order to control the food waste.
For example:
1.the ones who prepares the ingredients for the cook will make sure the ingredients are enough and less excess food was left
2.the cook usually cooks the meal as enough as possible which is not too much and not too less.re less food wasted
3.to manage the food waste, the workers are also need to know the kind of food that can be kept or not
d.RESULTS
These survey statistics indicate that Pak Lah cafe in KTC mostly discarded food waste (30%), plastics (20%), tree leaves (18%), aluminum foil (13%) while Scholar Inn mostly discarded food waste (29%), paper and carton (27%), plastics (18%). However, all together 48% from KTC and 56% from Scholar Inn discarded organic waste.
