EXCEL REPORT 1 - CGMA INTERACTIVE DAY 2020 (CID '20)

In 2019, I join this program as a participant only. This program is organized for first-year students to help the students know between each other by doing the activities together.  It does help me to know my friends better after I joined this program. Last year, I have been appointed as secretary of CID '20. I admit that it was not easy at first as I never joined or handle such a huge program. However, I managed to fulfill my roles although my role for the event is not big as others.

I have learned many things during the preparation for the program. I learned how to prepare and email the invitation for the lectures. I found out that it is quite hard as I need to make sure that my email is in a formal format and using formal language. It is quite different than my daily speech. I have also to make sure that the email is being sent together with the tentative program and invitation card. Throughout the preparation also I watched the dedication of my friends to make the program run successfully. It was the first time that CID has been held on online and for us to held a program. It feels more difficult to held the program as we only have limitations on the program such as activities, technical, and communication. 

I have also appointed to be a facilitator for kayaking activities. It is hard to implement kayaking during the online program but I managed to make it with help from my partner during the activity. I have also learned how to make a full report for a program. This program has given a new experience to me especially in preparing the documents sent a formal email,  guide, and manage activities. This experience can help me in implementing future programs successfully and problems previously encountered can be overcome.
