SELF REFLECTION
EXPEDEA is one of the annual programs that has been held by CGMA. All of the members of CGMA also are required to join this program as the main objective of the program is to build friendship between the members. In this program, I have been appointed to be one of the committee members for the activity unit.
As the program was conducted online, the limitations that we had to create the activities makes us difficult to conduct the activity. We have been discussed many times but we still didn't get managed to create all of the activities. I find that during the discussion, all of the members need to gives their ideas to create complete all of the activities. The discussions help me on finding great activities that are suitable to the program and can be conducted for 200 and more participants.
I have always thought that it was not difficult to handle activities on a program but after the program, I realized that it is not. Although we have some difficulties before and during the activities been held, we managed to overcome them together. I have also learned that this program brings me closer to my friends as we keep on communicating online.
