1) Mini Report
Why I joined this program? I joined this program to add more activity to my list in MyUTM. Besides, I also want to make friends because I'm a new student here. Furthermore, I also want to get used to this kind of situation where I rarely get it during my first diploma. And the great thing about this activity is that I get to hang out with friends at the same time I make new friends while running and while in the area. The good thing about this activity is that the management makes this activity in the morning where the weather is really nice and cool. The graduate attribute that I really focus on is communication skills, which is very important for everyone, especially for graduates. Why I'm focusing on communication skills, it's because I'm not a fan of talking and meeting people so at this opportunity I want to use it to improve the way I talk to people. Content in this activity though I just have to run at the moment there are many benefits that I can do to exercise in a more cheerful mood because I do it with friends and I also can be an encouragement to a friend who is not able to run to the finish line.
2) Self Reflection
My self-reflection in this activity is that it further enhances my enthusiasm for doing something. I need to be open-minded where I need to broaden my thinking and group to gain more and to share ideas with others. As mentioned earlier my graduate attribute is communication skills and I stress it because as it is very important to get a job right now. The strength of following this activity or the strength of the activity to me is that I can see the students managing this activity. It got me interested and wanted to follow their lead in managing a program. This activity gave me a great example and impact to further develop my talents and skills. The challenge we faced during this activity was that we had to manage time otherwise we would not be able to participate in this run. In addition, we also need to be brave enough to communicate or ask if there is something we do not understand so we don't miss out.
