1) MINI REPORT
Why I joined this program? I joined this program to add more activity to my list in MyUTM. I follow this activity to learn more about the curriculum described by the KTDI principal. Although I participated in this program only as a participant, it also trained me to be a leader in leadership. Why I say that about leadership is because my responsibility as a student depends on myself. If I did not care about programs and co-curricular that could increase my merit, I wouldn't be attending the program. Which means I have no sense of responsibility and leadership. Also, the graduate attribute that I want to highlight is thinking skills where I have to organize my own curricular activities to achieve and meet the criteria set for me to finish my studies. The content of the program is to invite KTDI students to attend the program to hear co-curricular information from the principals so that students can understand it better than they read it from the web site and WhatsApp. During the program, students can ask questions if they do not understand the process.
2) SELF REFLECTION
My self-reflection in this activity is that it further enhances my enthusiasm for doing something. I need to be honest with myself and have an attitude of responsibility as a student. This is because I do not need to bother my friends or people around if I have attended the program because I can ask the principal if I do not understand. The Graduate attributes I focus on in this program are leadership and team working as they train me to be more responsible. The strength of following this activity or the strength of the activity to me is that I can see the students managing this program, how they handle it, and how they interact with people. It got me interested and wanted to follow their lead in managing a program. This activity gave me a great example and impact to further develop my talents and skills. The challenge we faced during this is yourself. I personally have to follow all the instructions they have set for the activity to go smoothly.
