Importance of Project Management Reflection
Importance of Project Management- is making me become a person with good manners based on time management, how do i manage to handle the project, how do I get the project done and how do we work in teams. I guess it make me well-aware of the behaviour does the employer wants the types of employee. So as I going to grow up, I must prepare myself to have good types of management so I could work well and have some problem solve skills.Time, Benefits, Cost, Quality, Scope, Risk and Benefit. The impact is I can apply the experience during my assignment or any project that I will be involved, and I'm sure that I will manage to succeed with it. Lastly, I wanted to improve on how to control my emotion when I faced any hardship when managing a project or any task. Don't make any decision during this challenging time. Because we cannot think rationally when our emotions are unstable. With this, I can improve my potential in Industry
