    I learnt whatever you going to find a job, you must expose yourself and show some skills to your employer. Before you get into the company, you really need to have a good resume where you need some experiences joining competition. However joining the competition is not about winning or lose. It is about how you mixed yourself and develop thinking with your group. The more you have the soft skills is easier for you to work anywhere as there will be no mistakes in communication. To rep up, I have to develop soft skills, have some experiences, do something extraordinary so people will choose me to work with them.
