INDUSTRIAL TRAINING REFLECTION

With the completion of the industrial training process, I realized the significant importance of doing the internship for my own benefits. The following lists describes the overall achievements as well as the challenges that I am able to gain and experience from doing the internship at Texas Instruments Malaysia SDN. BHD. :

Achievements:

1. Opportunity to leverage solid skills in software development area

2. Acquisition of real-life working experience on executing activities in each phase of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

3. Ability to apply academic knowledge in managing workplace challenges and tasks

4. Obtain exposure and develop intellectual knowledge on the technologies used within development of working application.

Challenges:

1. Difficulty in establish understanding on organization's software systems

2. Difficulty in familiarizing with manufacturing concept, term, phrase, and knowledge

3. To push social boundary in interacting with IT team members and users

4. Limited resources regarding to organization's software and technologies
