TECHNOLOGY AND INFORMATION SYSTEM

Technology and Information System is a subject that teach me a lot about Information systems (IS) and information technology (IT). There are many topic in this course such as I can learn about the Internet and the Web, Software, System Unit, Input Output, Secondary Storage, Network, Privacy and Security, Database, Systems Analysis and Design and more.

In this course, I learn 5 step how to design something new :

1. Empathize : To empathize, we need to observe. For example, observe users and their behavior in the context of their lives. Then, engage them. Interact with and interview users. Last, immerse like experience what users experiences
2.  Define : Unpack and synthesize empathy findings into compelling need and insighgts, and scope a specific and meaningful challenge. To develop a deep understanding of users and the desgin space. To come up eith an actionable problem statement (point of view)
3. Ideate : To explore a wide solution space (brainstorming)
4. Prototype : Getting ideas and explorations out of head and into the physical world. Create something based on discussion.
5. Test : The chance to refine the solutions and make them better (improvement).
