SECI1013 - DISCRETE STRUCTURE

Discrete Structure or also known as Discrete Mathematics is a form of computer language. In this course, students will be introduced to the application of discrete structure in the field of science computing. This course is conducted by Dr. Nor Azizah Binti Ali as our lecturer. Topics that are covered in this course includes set theory and logic, relations and functions, counting and probability, graph theory and finite automata.

REFLECTION

This course has exposed me to the knowledge of a branch of mathematics in general that are important for my future. It has shown me the use of the knowledge on the digital world as well as the use of it in our daily. I should practice more on the mathematic calculations for this course as it can be applied in daily life. Therefore, this course has achieve its purpose as it has opened my mind that discrete structure is an essential knowledge to understand how some machine works behind the scene such as the application of finite automata for vending machines.
