Dr. Nabilah Zaini is a Senior Lecturer (DS51) at Malaysia-Japan International Institute of Technology (MJIIT) under Chemical and Environmental Engineering Department (ChEE). She was previously a Lecturer at SEGi University under Chemical Engineering Department, at Faculty of Engineering and Built Environment. At MJIIT UTM Kuala Lumpur, Dr Nabilah Zaini is a Head of Student Development of Student Development Unit, Coordinator of MJIIT e-Portfolio, Coordinator of MJIIT ExCEL Course and Coordinator of MJIIT First Year Experience (FYE). She has conducted many e-Portfolio workshops since 2017 with the helped of UTM staff from Office of Undergraduate Studies (UGS) Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) Johor Bahru. She has started an e-Portfolio workshop for MJIIT final year students on 26 May 2017 which the main speaker at that time was Associate Professor Wardah Zainal Abidin from Advanced Informatics School (AIS) Kuala Lumpur. In the same year on 4 November 2017 and 16 December 2017, she has conducted the same e-Portfolio workshop for different targeted students which were from the first and up to the third year of MJIIT students. Her fourth e-Portfolio workshop was successfully conducted on 29 March 2018 for ALL MJIIT Academic Staff which the main speaker was the Former Dean of UGS (Prof. Dr. Mohd Zaki bin Kamsah) and assisted by Mr. Mohd Subha bin Salleh and Mr. Nurul Amrie bin Abdullah. Last year was her fifth e-Portfolio workshop she has organized with her partner, Dr. Siti Haida Ismail from Razak Faculty of Technology and Informatics, UTM Kuala Lumpur. During that time, two officers from Office of Undergraduate Studies, Mr. Rashid Rahup and CICT (Mr. ) had guided UTM KL students in creating very impressive e-Portfolio profile and video CV. With the efforts she made, she really hope the students regardless of any schools and faculties in UTM would give full commitment to produce a very impressive, interesting, meaningful and impactful personal e-Portfolio profile that can reflect their professionalism for future career.
