Graduate Success Attribute is subject that exposes the student with the need skill, traits and personality needed within a graduate student. UTM set this subject as crucial to better implement their product with desired quality by industrial work markets. The subject guides and encourages students to develop and sharpen the skills such as communication, thinking, teamwork, leadership , adaptation and enterprising skills.
Reflection
In conclusion, the subject is for the students. During the learning process, the lecturer will teach and encourage the student in knowing what does the working world environment needed from us. The qualities, traits, personality, way of thinking, knowledge and also skills. We are thought that getting the degree with flying colour is not just what employers looked into. Thus came the subject as a molt to great a good product by UTM to be sought after by employer from around the globe.
