That's me!
Looking back to move forward.
CID'19 was the second largest program that I ever organized in my entire life besides the Drone Technology Day 2019. CID'19 really has prepared me for my future whether if it is as a director of another program or even as a presenter for the company that I'll be working for. Confidents, public speaking and team management are some of the great things that changed my thinking perspective.
Things I learnt.
Leadership and Teamworking Skills
Throughout the program, I learned so many things that make myself who I am today especially regarding in organizing a team in an organization. First and foremost, I learned on how to be a good leader in which I would have to consider my team tasks according to their capabilities. For example, I can't hand in a task that might be impossible for someone to carry. Besides, I also learned on how to manage my time and my team's time in order to achieve success for our aim. Organizing the program also taught me about to never abandoned my responsibilities and never take things for granted even if it looks like a small matter. For me, I also learned that I can't be selfish and always help those in needs especially when my team had no enough hands to handle their tasks before and during the program being held. As a conclusion, organizing the program had taught me and my team so many things that are so important for our future.
Communication Skills
Being a director for CID'19 had taught me on how to communicate professionally to my team members. I have also now became braver to talk in front of crowd as before this I'm quite afraid to give a talk in front of many people. I also now become more polite and respect during talking even if I have higher level of position than them.
