About me

My name is Mohammad Danial Hazeem Bin Mohd Faizal. I was born on 8th February 1997 in Kuala Lumpur. I was raised in Bandar Baru Bangi and currently living there. I am 182 cm in height and weights 65kg. I am currently on my 2nd Semester of my first year Bachelor Degree. My course is Technology Management. Previously during my Diploma, i took the same course from the same University which is UTM but Diploma was at Kuala Lumpur while Degree is at Skudai Johor. I like to cook and bake and i'm kind of like a kitchen guy rather than outdoor guy, most of the time but i still do outdoor activities such as workout, hiking and motorcycle riding. My dream is to become a chef and open a restaurant of my own. A steakhouse to be exact because i love to cook steaks.

4. Mini Report : 

On 24th November 2020, Azman Hashim Internation Business School held an online program called Embracing Challenges For Future Management Of Technology Students on Cisco Webex. This program taught us about the future upcoming challenges that we as a Management of Technology Students must face and how to cope up with all the future challenges. Here are few of the challenges that were shared throughout the program. The first challenge is professional development. Key among all challenges is the lack of adequate, ongoing professional development for teachers who are required to integrate new technologies into their classrooms yet who are unprepared or unable to understand new technologies. Besides that, resistance to change in technology. Resistance to change is the action taken by individuals and groups when they perceive that a change that is occurring as a threat to them. Finally, different social dynamics. Technology adds complexity to everything–support, teaching, learning, budgets, etc. It’s inherently ‘disruptive.’ However, we must overcome these challenges and learn from it. Technology encourages students to collaborate more, affording them the opportunity to communicate, work on team projects and share their strengths regardless of time or location.

 

 

5. Reflection :

Throughout joining this program, several lessons were given and can be used in the near future of Management of Technology students when entering the working environment after finishing their studies. Technology is the sum of techniques, skills, methods, and processes used in the production of goods or services or in the accomplishment of objectives. Technology encourages students to collaborate more, affording them the opportunity to communicate, work on team projects and share their strengths regardless of time or location. Throughout their educational and professional careers, there will be many situations where teamwork and collaboration are necessary. With the incorporation of technology into schools, the main purpose is to change how teachers and students gather, access, analyse, present and transmit information.

4. Mini Report : 

On 5th December 2020, Azman Hashim International Business School held an online program called Innovate Johor - Mtdc Ceo Talk 2019 at Dewan Sultan Ibrahim. This program was hosted by Dr. Mariani. She is a lecturer of Chemical Engineering at UTM Skudai, Manager of Bio-Product Development Institute Cosmetics and Fragrance and she is also the CEO of DerMags Skincare. Dr. Mariani is a persuasive individual and a risk taker when she develop and produce her own brand of skincare derived from a mangosteen. She has the willingness to work hard on everything she do. She has a PhD in Bio-Chemical Engineering in Dongguk University in South Korea. There were several main points for strategic practices in doing business that she mention throughout the program that would help students to sharpen their skills for a more successful business in the near future. Firstly, we must find the right partner that we genuinely trust. Trust is earned over time through a succession of good experiences. Besides that, we must always think about the future. It invites you to consider a diversity of perspectives and experiences. Finally, we must be an opportunist. It is the practice of taking advantage of opportunities as and when they arise.

 

5. Reflection : 

This program is very interested and packed filled with meaningful knowledge that could help anyone to sharpen their skills or learn about the business world. This program is very recommended especially to students who take any business related courses and to anyone who is generally interested in doing business as Dr. Mariani shares her knowledge based on her wonderful, fascinating and thrilling experience from a student to a lecturer and finally a business owner. There are few lessons learnt throughout this program which we must always be determined in what ever we do and never gives up. In order to be successful, we must dare to create something and get out of our comfort zone. Finally, always keep on enhancing our knowledge and skills because there is always something new to learn in this wide world. During the question and answer session, I managed to answer Dr. Mariani's question and I received a chocolate candy bar as a reward. Wonderful moment.

On 5th December 2020, Azman Hashim International Business School held an online program called PRACTITIONERS’ SHARING SESSION: INDUSTRY EXPERTS ENHANCE LEARNING SERIES 1 (HOW TO ACHIEVE A SUCCESSFUL CAREER IN PROCUREMENT) on WEBEX. A procurement job comes with a high degree of responsibility. The buyer is usually in charge of the total spend of a company. A procurement job requires us to be a leader as well as a manager. Providing help and advice to both internal stakeholders as well as suppliers to increase value and drive down costs. The program shows few top tips on how to achieve a successful career in procurement. The first one is to find an experienced mentor. Look for someone who has worked their way up the procurement ladder. Next, study toward a CIPS qualification. studying toward a CIPS qualification will keep us up to date with the latest best practice in procurement. Besides that, develop our skill set and identify what knowledge and experience we are missing and think about how we will bridge the gap between the skills we have and the skills we need. Finally, attending industry events and being involved in topical discussions will help us to stay up to date with trends and will aid us when bench marking our self against the profession.

 

5. Reflection:

Throughout joining this program PRACTITIONERS’ SHARING SESSION: INDUSTRY EXPERTS ENHANCE LEARNING SERIES 1 (HOW TO ACHIEVE A SUCCESSFUL CAREER IN PROCUREMENT) held by Azman Hashim International Business School on 5th December 2020 in WEBEX, there are few several lessons that i have learned from this program. This is a very good program especially for students with business related courses as it taught various valuable knowledge through experience. The lessons learned most probably be useful and can be applied when entering the working environment after finishing studies in University.

Self-Reflection of Licensing Agreement Project

I’m Mohammad Danial Hazeem Bin Mohd Faizal. Throughout this group project which provides me so much benefits, I’ve learned many new stuffs. I need to do many such things to successfully complete this project, such as finding articles published and internet sites or any reference materials. Furthermore, I get to use the pre-recorded PowerPoint presentations creatively as our part of the presentation. So all these tasks helped my knowledge to enhance. Besides that, there is a bit of difficulties involved which I have to handle to finish this assignment, particularly during discussions as we are not able to interact with one another face to face. This project definitely helped me to improve my knowledge and to improve our collaborative work.
