I was not entirely interested in this subject. First of all, it is in Malay, which poses problems for me. Second, it is about Malaysia, it's history, it's culture and it's society. All the thing I am currently inept at. But I will accept the inevitability that I have to learn all this thing in time. So why not now. I really think it will help me be more active in society that I live in.
Last Look
In the end of these months learning Malaysian dynamics, I have a newfound respect for our culture and all the minute inner working of it. The classes are mostly practical, which keeps my interest in them despite my lack of initial interest in the subject as a whole. Personally I am glad I took this class because it taught me how I should act as a Malaysian.
