About my internship
I conducted the practical training at iFAST Capital Sdn. Bhd.
During my 20 weeks of industrial training, I worked closely with the Project Manager and Business Owner to support project planning, coordination, and execution. My responsibilities included assisting in requirement gathering, tracking project progress, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders to meet project objectives.
I was primarily involved in projects related to the ERP Backoffice system and FSMOne. My contributions included assisting in system enhancements, collaborating with team members to gather requirements, and ensuring smooth implementation and integration to support business operations effectively.
I also improved soft skills such as communication, time management, and technical skills. feel incredibly fortunate to join one of the largest ITP departments in iFast, which has allowed me to work on diverse and impactful projects. This experience has been truly enriching, and I deeply appreciate the knowledge and exposure I have gained.
