Program Description: Majlis Anugerah Kolej Tun Dr. Ismail 2023 is an annual program organized by Kolej Tun Dr. Ismail from University Teknologi Malaysia. It is an event designed to appreciate all the contributions done by the JKM and members from Kolej Tun Dr. Ismail. At the same time, certain awards such as academic awards will be given through this event.

Committee of Performance and Activity Department

Majlis Anugerah Kolej Tun Dr. Ismail 2023 is an annual event held by the Kolej Tun Dr. Ismail. This event was held physically in Pulai Spring Resort, Pulai, Johor Bahru.

This event aims to enhance the relationship among members of Kolej Tun Dr, Ismail as it provided an opportunity for the members to join together at one place to enjoy the activities and dine together. This year, this event is themed traditionally in order to strengthen the exchange between different races to
continue to promote traditional culture. 

This event emphasizes graduate attributes such as communication skills. This event has opened to all students from Univerisity Teknologi Malaysia to join it.

In this program, I was on a committee in the performance and activity department and act as an usher. This department mainly contributes to the performances and activities for this event. 

As a committee, communication skills are important as I was not only required to communicate with my groupmates but also I was required to communicate with another department. At the same time, I also act as an usher who was responsible to guide VVIPs and VIPs on their route. Thus, it was important for me to communicate with the VVIP and VIP politely. 

Then, I improved my adaptability and leadership as a committee from the performance and activity department. This is because during the process of preparing the performance and activity, certain issues such as no performers come out and we need to solve this problem by thinking another way. Even though this issue is quite big but we are able to adapt and solve it. 

Last but not least, I was the one responsible to create a quiz using an application name "Kahoot". Due to this opportunity, I have learned more ICT skills and it has benefited me as I will be using this skill in the future.
