Mini Report
Based on the extra-curricular activity attended at the TUN DR. ISMAIL COLLEGE SPORTS & E-GAMES 2023, I can summarise it as a mini report. As a committee member, specifically a member of the Gift Unit, my role was vital in ensuring the success of the TUN DR. ISMAIL COLLEGE SPORTS & E-GAMES 2023. This dynamic event offered a wide array of sports and e-games activities, promoting physical fitness, teamwork, and strategic thinking. Moreover, participating in the event was justified as it encouraged a healthy lifestyle and the development of crucial skills in athletics, communication, leadership, and teamwork. An additional element of excitement was introduced by the Gift Unit, which was responsible for organizing and managing the distribution of gifts and prizes to participants.
Collaborating closely with the organizing team, our Gift Unit meticulously sourced and handpicked a variety of attractive gifts and prizes. These rewards ranged from sports equipment and merchandise to gaming accessories and vouchers, carefully chosen to motivate and reward the participants. By aligning the prizes with the participants' interests, we aimed to enhance their experience and overall enjoyment of the event.
Throughout the event, my primary responsibility as a committee member was to coordinate the logistics of gift distribution. Working closely with the event volunteers and staff, I ensured that the winners promptly and accurately received their well-deserved prizes. By meticulously planning and organizing the gift distribution process, the Gift Unit helped maintain a high level of professionalism throughout the event.
Being an integral part of the Gift Unit provided me with the opportunity to directly contribute to the participants' satisfaction and excitement. Witnessing their enthusiasm and joy upon receiving their prizes was truly gratifying. As a committee member who participating in the TUN DR. ISMAIL COLLEGE SPORTS & E-GAMES 2023 has been an immensely valuable experience, fostering my personal growth and nurturing essential Graduate Attributes. Throughout the event, I witnessed significant development in my communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and leadership and teamworking qualities. By leveraging my self-strengths, I successfully navigated challenges and made a meaningful impact on the event's success.
Effective communication played a pivotal role in my role as a committee member. Collaborating with teammates, volunteers, and participants necessitated clear and concise communication. Actively listening and articulating ideas helped foster seamless teamwork and facilitated the smooth distribution of gifts and prizes.
