After i join for the OSHE course, i realize and become more aware about the hazard at the workplace and the accidents that might happen when we are working. Although we cannot avoid involve in an accidents , but we can minimize it and prevent it from happening by doing some precaution . We also need to equipped ourselves with a lot of safety knowledge and some rescuing techniques or knowledge so that we are ready and able to save our own life and even others. Safety is the top priority. Safety first. There are also many act that is initiate or done by our government which is very good for us. There are also so many act for the environment by our government. Taking care and avoid polluting our environment is very important . Not because it will cause natural disasters or it may somehow one day will cause someone die but we have to be responsible so that we can live in a healthy environment and our next generation also able to have a unpolluted and healthy environment .

Key Principles of Health and Safety :
- Employer is responsible or maintaining a safe and healthy workplace
- Employees should involved in developing policies and programs.
- There should be no sanctions for H&S related activities
- Employer should implement best and most effective practices/policies to protect workers from hazards

HIRARC ( Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment & Risk Control ) Process :
- Form a team
- Identify tasks of each process
- Gather Relevant Info
- Hazard Identification

- Obtain employer / management Approval
- Communicate the hazard and theirs controls
- Implement control measures
- Implementation and review of audit and regular inspections
- Implementation and review of HIRARC on a regular basis

EMS :
- Mechanism that a business or organization uses to help enusre continual improvement in managing the environmental affairs over which it has some level of control
- Facilitates environmental compliance

- Legislative / regulatory obligation
- Risk to the environment
- Occurrence of incidents
- Actual and potential nuisance/ harm
- International and/or resource usage / resource management issues
