After i joining the ISO course , i understand more about ISO and also ISO 9001:2015. We have to always improve our selves or  our organization .The social life or the relationship between the employee has to be good so that we can have a happy team working . Quality management is very importance. For a company or an organization , we should focus on what is the needs and expectation of customer so that the services or product offered able to fulfill their needs and bring profits. We also need to have plan so that we have goals and we are motivated and will not  feel astray from our track.When the company or organization get certified by the ISO , the customer will have more confidence on them and it is very beneficial for them as the customer may choose them instead of others when they want to have certain services or products.

Importance of the ISO  :

It able to help a company  increase company market share and  increase clients' confidence .Besides that , ISO undeniably  able to increase staff morale too. 

Introduction : 

This International Standard employs the process approach, which incorporates the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle and risk-based thinking.

Concept of customer  and quality

Customer - A party that receive or consumes products ( goods or services ) and has the ability to choose between products and suppliers. ( internal customer  , external customer and stakeholders) 

Quality - Ability of a set of inherited characteristics of a product , system or process to fulfill the requirement of customer and others parties. It must be in customers terms. The judgement of quality will lies on how well their needs and expectations are satisfied.

Steps to apply ISO 9001 Certification 

  1. Define objective to implement ISO 9001 Standard 
  2. Establish the ISO 9001 Quality Management System 
  3. Train and implement the ISO 9001 
  4. Form Internal Audit team and self check based on ISO 9001 checklist 
  5. Conduct Management review to the ISO internal Audit result
  6. Engage the certification body in Malaysia for the audit
  7. Get ISO 9001 Certificate
  8. Each year organisation need to do internal audit and management review
  9. Each year certification body will come to do surveillance audit
