This program was held on 5th December 2020 on Saturday at 12.00 PM until 1.00 PM. The Azman Hashim International Business School has invited Mr Chang Han Hua to be the speaker of the day. The topic of the talk is "How To Achieve A Successful Career In Procurement". According to the talk by Mr Chang (Senior Strategic Purchasing Manager), he shared his experience on how his company manage to handle the business activities during Pandemic Covid-19. Since March 2020, the Prime Minister of Malaysia announced the Movement Control Order (MCO). Every individual has affected by this pandemic. The talk was focusing on Entrepreneurship. Mr Chang shared the company's business during pandemic Covid-19, he said the number of clients is decreasing compared to before.
SELF REFLECTION:
There are many important points that I learned from this talk, such as to be a stable company and always positive during the emergency situation. Mr Chang said that his company is able to gain trust from clients because of their consistency and quality in works. It is such a good impact for the VACUUMSCHMELZE Company by gaining the trust of their clients even though during the pandemic Covid-19. Of course, there are so many challenges during the pandemic such as limited access for clients to go to Mr Chang's company to do a visit for the quality check and make sure the outcome is in a good condition. It proves that VACUUMSCHMELZE is such a good company even without a site visit the clients are still choosing them to be their clients.
