MINI REPORT:
On my third semester which is on week 20, I had attended a talk that conducted by the Kelab Pemadam UTM on 6th December 2020. The reason why I joined this talk because I want to gain new knowledge and ideas from the speaker. The speaker's name is Mr Baihaqi Bin Hasullah, the Director of Pawsome Veterinary Team and alumni of UTM Skudai. He shared his experience of managing a veterinary shop with his wife. Mr Baihaqi applied all the business knowledge he learned in UTM towards his business now and become a successful businessman. The interesting part of this talk is the way he managed business and having good leadership to lead the team for a better veterinary shop in present and future.
SELF-REFLECTION:
Based on the talk, I realised that anyone can be a successful person in the right way. We must be ensured and clear about the goals in our life. Mr Baihaqi has good content and inspired the listeners to have a better vision and mission in life to be the best in everything we do. Some of the advantages that I got from this program is to be a confident person is really important. By becoming a confident person, then we can have a good plan and organize every plan successfully. Lastly, the challenges that I have is to be more confident. This talk has inspired me to become a strong and positive minded person and believe in everything we do in future to have a better result. We have to overcome the difficulty to have a better journey in our life.
