While I was a college student, I also had a part-time job as an office admin for this American transportation company. In April of this year, I was fortunate enough to meet my current boss, the Director Managing Director of the company. After he looked at my resume, he thought I was competent and fit his recruitment needs, so he offered me the opportunity. This allows me to do a meaningful job in my spare time while reading. I have often thought that the knowledge imparted by school is far less than 10% of what we can use after we go out to social work. On the contrary, the things learned by doing gong can be used repeatedly even though they are not in the same field. However, I have always believed that reading is a must for all children, and work is a contract that everyone is born with. Therefore, even though I think the benefits of work are much higher than those of school, I will still insist on completing my studies, because no matter how rich my work experience is, if I can't study well, I will always be a newcomer.

My motivational phrase in life is 'You don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great'. This phrase often reminds me not to always imagine a good environment for me to create valuable things, but to act first to create a good environment to make the things you have more perfect. I firmly believe that there is nothing that human beings can't learn, and that all talent requires effort, dedication, and experimentation to make it work. Hence, all of the language, knowledge and any barriers are just a reason to be lazy.
