Coding-Generation Programme 2021 was an event that carried out fully online due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This programme had achieved the most number of participants in a virtual coding learning programme. The objectives of the event are to instils the spirit of learning coding and contribute towards the improvement of programming among the university students of Malaysia. This programme involved with different university around Malaysia such as UTM, UM, UUM, etc. During the event, some basic knowledge and skill about programming were taught by the speaker. The participants can learn on how to create and customize their own webpage. The details and history of HTML were also be explained. All the participants are broken into a small group and there was a person-in-charge explained step by step in creating the website or webpage. For instance, how to use the tags and what are their descriptions. All these were explained by the speaker in detail. Throughout the event, the creativity and thinking skills had been developed in order to create and customize my own webpage. Learning programming and exploring new skills are good for our future.

By joining this programme, I had learnt a lot of skills about programming as this workshop had given such opportunity for the students in exploring the magic of programming. This workshop is very interesting as I can get in touch with webpage designing for the first time. It is a brand new experience for me and I would express my idea on customizing the webpage.  This has eventually developed my thinking skills and creativity in creating the webpage. Besides, I also had the chance to make new friends, communicate and discuss among them about the programming. After participating the workshop, the skills and knowledge that I have learned could be applied in the future whenever I want to design my own webpage and website. Although the workshop is only a few hours, but I did enjoy it. I think that I might be continuing to explore more deeper about the programming because the knowledge that learned from this workshop is the basic skill only.
