22^nd Mooncake Festival and Cultural Night was a two nights event that held in Tasik Ilmu, UTM which the theme of ‘Ming Juan Cheng Yi’. This event is open to the public and there were students from different universities joining this event as well such as UTHM and UKM. There are lot of stalls such as food stalls and games stalls that allowed the attendees to get to try with some Chinese traditional games. Besides, there were also a lot of beautiful decorations done by the members of PTUTM such as the floating lanterns on the lake. There were also dance performances by Free Dance Crew (FDC) UTM and sing performances by Losting Music Club UTM and artists such as Tam, JBBX beatboxer and Bell, the Chinese artist. Furthermore, a stage drama directed by UTM students was also one of the interesting performances during these two nights event. I was a member of Bureau of Program with the job scope of assisting in dealing with all the props that required in these two days event. This had developed my thinking skills in which I required to think for the best layout of the backstage so that all the props that required by the stage drama can be moved and set up more faster during the event.

As a member of Bureau of Program, I gained a lot of memorable experiences and skills that could not acquire by solely studying. I had developed a lot of graduate attribute skills like thinking skills, communication skills, adaptability, leadership and teamworking skills. Before organizing this event, a lot of preparation are required to be done and prepared. Since I do not have any experiences before, I used to develop my adaptability skills in adapting myself in these new surroundings. I communicate with my team member and solve the problems faced together as my job scope is to design the backstage layout. A lot of ideas had proposed, we were required to decide for the best layout design. After joining this event, I found out that I really enjoy being work in team as I could learn new skills from other members. Besides, I also used to know my weakness and tried to overcome it.
